"The Zavy Method," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the trading education and mentorship brand operating through the website zavymethod.com. The Zavy Method provides digital trading education, 1:1 mentorship, educational courses, market education methodology, analysis, educational commentary, learning materials and related educational resources.
The Zavy Method is an educational and mentorship service. It is not a broker, depository participant, investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), research analyst registered with SEBI, or a portfolio manager. The services described on this website do not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, research analysis, or brokerage services as defined under applicable Indian securities laws, including the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, unless and until appropriate registrations are obtained.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, purchasing a mentorship plan, enrolling in a course, participating in any communication channel, or otherwise using any part of the service, you ("User," "Student," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Trading & Financial Risk Disclosure, and all other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Zavy Method, subject to applicable Indian law.
3. Eligibility
The services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Zavy Method is not intended for minors.
4. Account Creation
To access the student dashboard, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information during the signup or onboarding process. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying The Zavy Method promptly of any unauthorised access
- Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and current
You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You must not create multiple accounts. The Zavy Method reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Nature of Services
The Zavy Method provides the following educational and mentorship services:
- 1:1 Mentorship: Personalised educational mentorship focused on trading education, market understanding, strategy development, execution, risk management, discipline and independent decision-making.
- Educational Courses: Structured educational content covering trading methodology, market analysis, risk management, trading psychology and related topics.
- Live Sessions: Scheduled mentorship sessions conducted online.
- Recorded Content: Educational materials, videos and resources provided as part of the mentorship programme.
- Student Dashboard: A platform for tracking sessions, tasks, progress and mentorship-related information.
- Community & Communication Channels: Discussion forums, messaging channels and other communication platforms used by The Zavy Method (see Community Guidelines).
- Certificate of Completion: Issued upon satisfactory completion of the mentorship programme, subject to mentor assessment.
All services are provided for educational and skill-development purposes only. The Zavy Method does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, broking services or guaranteed financial outcomes.
6. Mentorship Plans and Fees
Current mentorship plans, fees and included features are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. The current listed plans are:
- Starter: ₹7,500 for 2 weeks
- Core 1:1: ₹15,000 for 4 weeks
- Elite: ₹27,500 for 8 weeks
Plan duration, session frequency, included resources and support level are as described on the website at the time of enrolment. Promotional offers, when available, will be clearly displayed with their specific terms and conditions.
Fees are payable in full at the time of purchase. The Zavy Method reserves the right to modify plan pricing for future purchases, but any changes will not affect a plan that has already been purchased.
7. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms of service and privacy policy.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment verification is performed server-side. The Zavy Method does not store your full card details, bank account information or other sensitive payment credentials.
In the event of a payment failure, you may retry the payment. No duplicate charges will be applied for a single transaction, subject to the payment gateway's error handling.
8. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Sessions and Scheduling
Mentorship sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the student and the mentor. Students should provide reasonable advance notice when rescheduling.
Sessions missed without prior notice may be treated as completed, unless otherwise agreed by the mentor.
The Zavy Method will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling preferences but does not guarantee specific session times or dates.
10. Student Dashboard and Account Access
Upon verified payment, you will receive access to the student dashboard, which includes features such as session tracking, task management, progress monitoring, resources and certificate information.
Access to the dashboard is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your dashboard access, login credentials or any session content with any third party.
The Zavy Method reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue dashboard features with reasonable notice.
11. Communication Channels
The Zavy Method may use various communication channels to deliver the mentorship service, including but not limited to: email, messaging platforms, community platforms, live video sessions and the student dashboard.
Communications through these channels are subject to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, and the Community Guidelines. Market commentary, educational discussions and analysis shared through any channel are for educational purposes and must not be treated as investment advice or guaranteed outcomes.
12. Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Zavy Method — including but not limited to course materials, videos, PDFs, trading methodology, educational frameworks, charts, notes, recordings, website content, branding, logos and written materials — is the intellectual property of The Zavy Method and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the educational content for your personal educational purposes during the active period of your mentorship plan.
You must not, without prior written consent:
- Copy, reproduce or duplicate educational content
- Redistribute, republish or share paid content with unauthorised persons
- Upload content to any platform or file-sharing service
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Record, screenshot or capture session content for redistribution
- Represent the content as your own original work
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices

13. User Responsibilities
As a user of The Zavy Method, you agree to:
- Use the service only for its intended educational purpose
- Make your own financial and trading decisions
- Conduct your own due diligence before making any financial decision
- Not rely blindly on any communication, commentary or material provided through the service
- Understand the risks associated with trading and investing
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations applicable to you
- Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Not impersonate any other person or entity
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
14. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Share, sell or redistribute paid educational content, session recordings or proprietary materials
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account
- Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to access the service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service or its technology
- Post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content
- Use the communication channels for unauthorised promotion, spam or solicitation
- Violate the Community Guidelines
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls or usage limitations
15. Account Suspension and Termination
The Zavy Method reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service, without prior notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- You engage in prohibited conduct
- You share or redistribute paid content
- Your conduct disrupts the service or other students
- Required by applicable law or regulation
Upon termination, your right to access the service and dashboard will cease immediately. No refund will be issued for termination resulting from your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The service may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to: Razorpay (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database), Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, email providers, hosting providers and other platforms used for communication or service delivery.
The Zavy Method is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices or terms of service of third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
17. Technical Interruptions
The Zavy Method will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet disruptions, platform outages or events beyond our reasonable control.
The Zavy Method is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical interruptions, provided that reasonable efforts are made to restore access promptly.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Zavy Method makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness or reliability of any educational content
- That the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- That the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free
- That any particular trading strategy, method or approach will be profitable or successful
- That any specific financial outcome will be achieved
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, The Zavy Method shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses, investment losses or loss of capital
- Lost profits or anticipated savings
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
- Any decision made or action taken based on educational content or mentorship guidance
- Losses arising from market conditions, volatility or events beyond our reasonable control
- Technical failures, service interruptions or data loss
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Indian law.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Zavy Method, its operators and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any intellectual property rights
- Any content you submit, post or transmit through the service or communication channels
- Your trading or investment decisions
21. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate proceedings before the competent courts in India.
Any arbitration, if pursued by mutual written agreement, shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and shall be seated in India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
22. Force Majeure
The Zavy Method shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, platform outages or other events of force majeure.
23. Amendments to Terms
The Zavy Method reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and version number.
Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the service and, if applicable, request account deletion.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
25. Waiver
The failure of The Zavy Method to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by The Zavy Method to be effective.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Trading & Financial Risk Disclosure, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, Intellectual Property & Content Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Zavy Method regarding the use of the service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings and representations.
27. Electronic Acceptance
By clicking "I agree" during account creation, by ticking the consent checkbox during signup or onboarding, or by otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and binding acceptance under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder.
