1. About the service

The Zavy Method provides digital trading education and 1:1 mentorship. The service is intended to help students develop their own understanding of markets, strategy, execution, risk management, discipline and independent decision-making.

The service is educational and mentorship-based. It does not guarantee profits, returns, payouts, recovery of trading losses or any particular financial outcome.

2. Mentorship plans and fees

Current plans and fees are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. The current listed plans are Starter (₹7,500 for 2 weeks), Core 1:1 (₹15,000 for 4 weeks) and Intensive (₹27,500 for 8 weeks).

Plan duration, session frequency and included support are as described on the website at the time of enrolment. Continued mentorship after a plan ends is available through a separate plan or fee.

3. Student responsibility and trading risk

Trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. Students remain responsible for their own trading decisions, accounts, position sizing, risk and financial outcomes.

The Zavy Method does not promise or represent that a student will achieve a particular level of profit, return or trading performance.

4. Educational nature of the service

Mentorship is provided for educational and skill-development purposes. Students should evaluate information independently and make their own decisions regarding any trading activity.

5. Sessions and support

Mentorship includes the sessions and support specified for the selected plan. Sessions are scheduled by agreement. Reasonable advance notice should be provided when a student needs to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as completed unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment is completed through the payment method made available on the website. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

Mentorship materials, explanations, frameworks and other original educational content supplied by The Zavy Method are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use. They should not be commercially redistributed, republished or represented as the student's own work without permission.

8. Changes to the service

The Zavy Method may make reasonable changes to session scheduling, delivery methods or educational materials where necessary to operate the service. Material changes affecting an already-purchased plan will be communicated as appropriate.
