1. Communication Channels
The Zavy Method may use various communication channels to deliver its mentorship service, facilitate educational discussions and provide support. These "Communication Channels" include, but are not limited to:
- Discord
- Telegram
- Private community groups
- Messaging platforms
- Live video sessions
- Live chat
- Social media platforms
- The student dashboard
- Any other communication platform used by The Zavy Method, now or in the future
By participating in any Communication Channel operated or facilitated by The Zavy Method, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines and all applicable Terms of Service.
2. Educational Purpose
All communications, discussions, commentary, analysis, charts, examples and materials shared through Communication Channels are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, research analysis or recommendations to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
You must not treat any communication through these channels as a guarantee of outcomes, profits or specific results. Refer to the Trading & Financial Risk Disclosure for important risk information.
3. Expected Conduct
All community members are expected to:
- Treat other members with respect and professionalism
- Contribute to a constructive and supportive learning environment
- Ask questions and share insights in good faith
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members
- Follow the instructions of mentors and administrators
- Use appropriate and professional language
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited in all Communication Channels:
- Harassment and abuse: Bullying, intimidation, threats, personal attacks, discriminatory language or any form of harassment
- Hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hostility or violence based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability or any other protected characteristic
- Spam and solicitation: Unsolicited advertising, promotion of external products or services, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing or chain messages
- Fraud and impersonation: Impersonating another person, mentor, administrator or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
- Sharing private information: Sharing another member's personal information, private communications or session content without explicit consent
- Piracy and redistribution: Sharing, recording, distributing or uploading paid educational content, session recordings, course materials or proprietary content
- Account sharing: Allowing unauthorised persons to access your account, dashboard or communication channel memberships
- Manipulation: Market manipulation, coordinated trading activity or any activity that could constitute a violation of securities laws
- Illegal activity: Any activity that violates applicable Indian law or the law of any applicable jurisdiction
- Disruptive behaviour: Deliberately disrupting discussions, trolling, flooding channels with irrelevant content or any behaviour that impairs the learning experience for others
- Unauthorised promotion: Promoting personal services, courses, signal groups or any competing educational services without prior written approval
5. Content Shared by Members
Content you post or share in Communication Channels remains your responsibility. By posting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
The Zavy Method reserves the right to remove content that violates these Guidelines without prior notice.
6. Market Commentary and Discussion
Discussions about markets, trading, strategies, charts and analysis are encouraged as part of the educational process. However:
- Market commentary shared by any participant (including mentors) is educational and not investment advice
- You should not treat market discussions as recommendations or guaranteed outcomes
- You remain individually responsible for all trading and investment decisions
- Specific buy/sell calls, entry/exit prices or security-specific recommendations shared in community channels should be independently evaluated and are not endorsed by The Zavy Method unless explicitly stated as official educational material
7. Enforcement
The Zavy Method reserves the right to take the following actions in response to violations of these Guidelines:
- Verbal or written warning
- Temporary removal from Communication Channels
- Permanent removal from Communication Channels
- Account suspension or termination
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by applicable law
The severity of the response will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation. Repeated violations will result in escalating consequences.
8. Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness a violation of these Guidelines, please report it to thezavymethod@gmail.com with a description of the issue.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
The Zavy Method reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Communication Channels or posted on this page with a revised effective date.
