1. Nature of the Service
The Zavy Method provides trading education and 1:1 mentorship. The services are designed to help students develop their own understanding of financial markets, trading methodology, execution, risk management, discipline and independent decision-making.
The service is educational and mentorship-based. It does not constitute investment advisory services, portfolio management, broking, research analysis or any other regulated financial service as defined under applicable Indian securities laws.
2. Educational Content
All content provided through The Zavy Method — including but not limited to courses, sessions, materials, charts, analysis, commentary, discussions, methodology, frameworks, examples and educational resources — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Educational content should not be interpreted as:
- Personalised investment advice tailored to your specific financial situation
- A recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any specific security, derivative or financial instrument
- A guarantee or promise of any particular financial outcome, profit or return
- An endorsement of any specific trading strategy as suitable for your circumstances
- A representation that any particular approach will be successful in all market conditions
3. Mentorship
1:1 mentorship is provided for educational and skill-development purposes. The mentor's role is to help the student develop their own understanding, methodology, discipline and decision-making capabilities.
Mentorship does not:
- Constitute a fiduciary relationship in the manner of a regulated investment adviser
- Create an obligation to achieve specific trading results or financial outcomes
- Replace the need for independent due diligence and professional financial advice where appropriate
- Guarantee that the student will become a profitable or successful trader
4. No Profit Guarantees
The Zavy Method does not promise, guarantee or represent that:
- Any student will achieve profits, income or positive returns through trading
- Any specific win rate, risk-reward ratio or performance metric will be achieved or maintained
- The mentorship or educational content will result in improved trading performance
- Students will recover losses incurred during trading
- Any particular monthly, quarterly or annual return will be achieved
Any performance examples, case studies or illustrative scenarios mentioned in educational content are presented solely for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future results.
5. Independent Decision-Making
Students are encouraged to:
- Develop their own analytical framework and independent decision-making skills
- Evaluate all information independently before making any trading or investment decision
- Consider their own financial situation, risk tolerance and investment objectives
- Seek advice from a SEBI-registered investment adviser or other qualified professional where appropriate
- Understand the risks associated with any financial instrument they choose to trade
6. Market Commentary and Analysis
Market commentary, analysis, charts and discussions shared through the service or Communication Channels are educational observations and should not be treated as investment advice or recommendations. See the Trading & Financial Risk Disclosure for important risk information.
7. Communication Channels
Content shared through Communication Channels (including Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social media and any other platforms) is subject to this Educational Disclaimer and the Community Guidelines. Communications through these channels must not be treated as guaranteed outcomes or personalised advice.
8. Regulatory Status
The Zavy Method does not claim to be SEBI-registered, SEBI-approved, SEBI-certified, government-approved or licensed to provide investment advisory or research analysis services, unless and until appropriate registrations are actually obtained.
If any feature or content of the service could fall within a regulated activity under applicable Indian securities laws (including the SEBI Act, 1992, the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014), that activity should be reviewed by appropriate legal and regulatory professionals.
