Cancellation before mentorship begins: A cancellation request may be submitted by email to thezavymethod@gmail.com before the first scheduled mentorship session. If approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to any applicable payment-processing charges that cannot be recovered.
After mentorship has started: Because 1:1 mentorship involves reserved session time, personalized assessment and preparation, refunds after the first session are generally not available. Any exceptional request will be reviewed individually based on the services already delivered and the circumstances.
Rescheduling: If a student needs to reschedule a session, reasonable advance notice should be provided. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as completed unless otherwise agreed.
Service delivery: The mentorship is an educational service. Access to sessions and support is provided according to the selected plan and agreed schedule. Delays caused by mutually agreed rescheduling will not constitute non-delivery.
Refund processing: Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the original payment method used for the transaction. After the refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider or bank. Refunds may generally take 5-7 business days to reflect.
How to request a refund: To request a refund or cancellation, email thezavymethod@gmail.com with the customer's name, payment or order reference, and the reason for the request. All refund and cancellation requests must first be raised directly with The Zavy Method.
